Sapphire was trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa and from there dived into Anusara Yoga.
Sapphires classes however are  very much an intuitive flow of what her students need in each moment , combining different levels, rhythms and styles that are appropriate for everyone in the class. There is lots of breathing and releasing involved during a yoga class too.
